This capital campaign was conducted to secure funds to build a new family YMCA and extensively renovate and expand 2 additional YMCA’s.  The campaign goal was set at $10.8 million.  The YMCA secured in excess of $8 million dollars in pledges and donations, allowing them to complete all three projects, making this by far the most successful campaign in the YMCA’s history and one of the most successful campaigns in the history of Hamilton, Ohio.

 

My responsibility as Senior Project Manager was to conduct the Project Development and Leadership Solicitation Phases of the campaign.  A $750,000 collaboration with the City of Fairfield was secured in addition to a $2.5 million collaboration with Fort Hamilton Hospital.
