This capital campaign was conducted to secure funds to build a new family facility, and to significantly renovate and expand 3 additional facilities.  The campaign goal was set at $10.8 million. 

 

My responsibility as Senior Project Manager was to conduct the Project Development and Leadership Solicitation Phases of the campaign with the assistance of a Project Manager.

 

The new facility is operating, renovations and expansions underway at 3 additional facilities.
