This Planning Study and donor cultivation/community awareness activities were conducted to prepare the school and community for a proposed $1.2 million project to build a new school facility in the Clark’s Grove neighborhood located in Covington, Georgia.  The proposed facility will serve as a “Model Neighborhood School” in the Traditional Neighborhood Development of Clark’s Grove.
