This capital campaign was conducted to secure funds toward a $19.8 million vision to build two new family YMCA facilities in Rock Hill and Fort Mill, SC.  The campaign goal was set at $7.6 million.  Additional sources of funding include; a $5 million collaboration with the Rock Hill Area School District and approximately $7 million in debt.  To date, $7.0 million in pledges and donations have been received.

 

My responsibilities as Senior Project Manager included leading the Pre-Campaign Assessment (Feasibility), Project Development, Board Solicitation, Leadership Gift Solicitation and collaboration development with York County, The City of Rock Hill, The City of Fort Mill and the Fort Mill School District.
