For over 125 years, the Danville Family YMCA has enriched the lives of individuals and families in Danville and the surrounding communities.  Whether addressing the needs of the physically active through a variety of programs or quite simply providing a place for fun and fellowship, our YMCA has served as an integral part of the community.  We encourage everyone - all races, all religions, all income levels and all ages - to become a member of the YMCA family by participating in our programs that build a healthy spirit, mind and body.

 

As our community transforms into a region full of opportunity, the YMCA will play an integral role.  We have launched a $13.5 million capital campaign to fund the construction of a new 45,000 square foot facility to be located in the heart of downtown Danville.  Through the generosity of the Danville Regional Foundation a challenge grant has been awarded that will provide seventy percent of our project costs up to $9.45 million.  For this vision to become a reality, we turn to you – our neighbors – to request your support of your community’s “Bridge to the Future.”
